Giving Thanks with Latkes

Giving Thanks with Latkes

For the first time in almost 100 years, and for the last time for roughly another 70,000, American Jews have a truly unique way to begin the holiday season. What makes it even more delectable is the gelt glaze drizzled on top! 3) Pumpkin Challah: Always a...

Harmony & History of Jerusalem

Harmony & History of Jerusalem

Jerusalem is one of the few cities in the world where you can walk from ancient ruins thousands of years old to a new urban area in under 10 minutes. As you walk around the city you can see the history, the mix of cultures and religions that helped shape the city as it exist today. We are proud to have both our Jerusalem hotels express these qualities through their own design and concept.
